The sterling silver sideways cross measures about 1/2" (16mm x 6mm). The sterling silver initial charm measures about 1/2" (13mm x 8mm) including the bail. The Swarovski crystal birthstone is 4mm. The cultured freshwater pearl is about 4mm. All components are made with 100% STERLING SILVER.
