Shipping & Packaging:

FREE Shipping with USPS Ground Advantage (formerly known as 1st Class Mail).

Orders are shipped in 1 business day.

All orders ship from Iowa, USPS Ground Advantage (formerly known as 1st Class Mail) with delivery confirmation. You will receive an email with a tracking number when your package is shipped.

Expedited shipping options include Priority Mail for $9.00 and Express Mail for $28.00.

Michele Poster Jewelry is not responsible for packages that are not delivered due to an incorrect shipping address entered at checkout. Please double check the shipping address you entered to make sure it is correct.

All jewelry is packaged in 1 gift box, tied with a ribbon and shipped in a bubble mailer. If you are purchasing more than one item and would like each piece to be in an individual box, please let us know in “Special Instructions or Gift Message” in your shopping cart.

Shipping is currently available only within the United States.

 

Returns & Exchanges:

Customer satisfaction is a priority at Michele Poster Jewelry.  We want you to have a positive experience and be happy with your purchase.  Returns and exchanges are accepted for unworn jewelry. All returns and exchanges must be within 14 days of the delivery confirmation date. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. Please do not return jewelry without contacting us first. We will provide you with further instructions on how to return or exchange your jewelry purchase.

Returns must be in original packaging, unused, and in resale condition. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.  We recommend sending your return package USPS Ground Advantage (formerly known as 1st Class Mail).

A full refund will be issued to your original form of payment, providing the jewelry is not damaged, unworn, and in resale condition.

If you are exchanging an item, you are responsible for the cost to mail it back to us, but we will pay for the cost to ship the item back to you.

We cannot be responsible for lost or damaged returned packages.  We will gladly assist you with inquires to the post office regarding delayed, lost, or stolen packages.
